Mini haul..

I went to Boots for a quick sweep, and ended up buying a few new things to try out (oops).

To start with I picked up the Soap & Glory Sit Tight. This is in most basic forms a body/skin firmer. It has a massaging roller top to increase circulation as your skin absorbs the gel. It claims it will recontour the skin and reduce the appearance of 'orange peel' skin! I can say most defiantly that it does what it says on the tin!! I love it! It has the typical S&G smell but with a hint of mint. At the moment there isn't anything bad I can say about this product...yet!

Of you who know me you'll now how much I hate hate hate painting my nails.! I find it boring and frustrating, I'm far to impatient to sit and wait for them to dry, and always end up smudging and ruin them. So I decided I need to find a solution so I grab the Nails INC. 45 second high shine top coat, in Albert Bridge. It say it will make painted nails touch dry in 45 seconds (as the name might suggest). I think it really works, I honestly like this product I fully polished nails ready to go in ten minutes. I'm very happy with it and I will most defiantly repurchase it.

I'm obsessed with my brows and I'm much more of a pencil girl than a brow-powder girl. I really like trying out new brow products and so I was at the Soap & Glory make-up stand and saw the Archery - brow tint and precision sharing pencil, because I'm the biggest S&G geek I was like 'I must have this!' I decided to pick it up in the colour Brownie Points. It has a felt tip type tinting pen which I love, and the other end is a twist pencil.. I'm not as thrilled with this end it's a lot lighter than the tint which doesn't make any sense to me. I'm not sure about my opinion on this one yet.

While I was at the Soap & Glory stand I saw the 'Sexy Mother Pucker' gloss stick, which is just like the Clinique Chubby sticks. I love the S&G 'Sexy Mother Pucker' lip gloss so I decided to give this a go, I grabbed it I'm the colour Plum Jam. All in all it's a good little item it's great for your hand bag. Really nice colour and smells nice, it's not a product I'd rave about but I do like it.

Finally I've heard and seen the hype about the BarryM Gelly Hi-Shine nail paints, and let me tell you the hype is justified, they are soo good. I picked up three (3 for 2 offer) I got Pomegranate, Prickly Pear and Blackberry. The only down side I can see with these are the colour choices are very restricted. They dry really quickly (happy me), they have a very strong colour and they really do stay shiny and look like gel! So please BarryM make more colours!!!!!

Ohh heyyy!

So new blog! I'm going to try and base this blog on beauty, fashion and lifestyle! I do ramble on a bit so I may go off on a blogger tangent every now and again! I'm just hoping to offer my experiences, reviews and thoughts!

What's on my face?

I've seen a couple of people do this and thought it looked like fun!

I start with Rimmel - Fix & Perfect Pro Primer in 02: I really enjoy using this Primer it really does do everything it says on the tin (tube) it claims it will smooth, resurface, brighten, mattify and protect and it really truly does and it last all day!

I then use Collection 2000 - Lasting Perfection Concealer in 1 Fair!
I know so many people use this and it's just because it is so good for the price! I put this under my eyes and on any blemishes I might have. I dab it onto my face with my ring finger. I leave this for a few minutes before I move on to the next bit.

Foundation MAC - Pro Longwear in NC15!
I love love love this foundation I'd say it gives a medium coverage but it is build-able. As the name suggests it last all day and would probably last well into the night if you were on a night out. It has SPF 10. It has a great skin match, I just love it!

Powder... Now this is where it gets a little bit weird I have oily/combination skin and have a lot of difficulty finding a powder that doesn't go orange after an hour of wear. So what I use is Collection 2000 Pressed Powder in 2 transparent, and I crush it so it is loose powder and I mix it with Johnson's Baby Powder and this stops me going orange and make the powder last so much longer!

on the apples of my cheeks with a kabuki brush and then Collection 2000 - Shimmer Shades in 1 Way to Glow, I use this in the hollows of my cheeks, under my bottom lip and around my forehead. I didn't realise till writing this how much Collection 2000 products I use sorry about that!

Eyebrows Rimmel - Eyebrow pencil in 001 Dark Brown or ILAH Brow powder in Disco Diva! I really like both of these products they don't smudge or run, really very good!

Mascara Rimmel (again) - Volume Flash ScandalEyes in 003 Extreme Black
I do like this I just find the wand brush very big but otherwise very good, doesn't run! I use this on my top and bottom lashes!

Lips (sorry) Collection 2000 - Cream Puff in Cotton Candy 1 and Fairy Cake 3!
I am truly I love with these don't want to ramble on as I've already done a blog post on how much I love these! I dab on to my lips and rub it in to stain the lip!
